Senior Consultant - Business Transformation

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant specializing in Business Transformation to join their team in Norwich . You will guide organizations through significant changes, helping them to adapt and thrive in evolving markets by optimizing processes, adopting new technologies, and fostering organizational change. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on implementation skills, and strong client engagement capabilities. You will play a key part in delivering impactful transformation programs that drive sustainable improvements and achieve client objectives within a supportive and growth-oriented consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of business transformation initiatives.
• Assess current business processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans for change programs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies by client organizations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or change management certification is a plus.
