About the Role

Our client, a premier management consultancy, is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Financial Strategy to join their fully remote workforce, with the firm operating from Norwich, Norfolk . This critical role involves advising clients on financial planning, investment strategies, risk management, and corporate finance. You will lead engagements, deliver strategic financial insights, and help clients optimize their financial performance and capital structure. The ideal candidate possesses a strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to excel in a remote, client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy projects, including financial modeling, valuation, and M&A advisory.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for clients.
• Advise clients on capital allocation, investment appraisal, and funding strategies.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, developing robust risk management frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports and presentations to executive leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance principles, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver high-quality financial advice remotely.
