You will thrive in a collaborative environment where curiosity and initiative are valued as much as technical proficiency.You will have:A foundational understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) concepts, including marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer data platforms (CDPs).Developing analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to help break down business challenges and contribute structured thinking to solutions.An understanding of platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent marketing technology solutions.A basic understanding of data concepts including SQL, databases, and APIs, with an enthusiasm to develop deeper technical knowledge over time.Developing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams in workshops and meetings.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for supporting data analysis and presentation preparation.A drive to earn relevant industry certifications such as AEP Business Practitioner, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, or business analysis qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis Practice.An understanding in the applications of AI and agentic technologies within marketing contexts.Confidence using AI tools and LLMs in day-to-day work — whether to support research, documentation, or the quality of deliverables (desirable).Connect to your business - Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
