Senior Consultant - Operations & Efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostic assessments for client organizations.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and document future-state operational processes and workflows.
• Manage project teams and ensure the successful execution of operational improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with client operational leadership and stakeholders in the Oxfordshire area.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects that yield measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change.
• Experience with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is highly valued.
