Senior Consultant - Operations Improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostic reviews to identify key performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement sustainable process improvements, supply chain optimizations, and lean methodologies.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and oversee the successful execution of operational change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on new processes and best practices.
• Analyze operational data to develop insights and recommendations for enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or industrial engineering.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management capabilities and experience managing complex change programs.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
