You will lead diagnostic assessments, develop tailored solutions, and guide clients through the implementation of process enhancements and organizational redesigns. Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational diagnostic reviews to identify key performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement sustainable process improvements, supply chain optimizations, and lean methodologies.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and oversee the successful execution of operational change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on new processes and best practices.
- Analyze operational data to develop insights and recommendations for enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or industrial engineering.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent project management capabilities and experience managing complex change programs.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
