About the Role

Our client is actively seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a focus on Operations to join their expanding team. This role will be primarily remote, offering flexibility while engaging in impactful projects that drive efficiency and operational excellence for clients across various industries. You will be responsible for leading operational assessments, designing improved processes, and overseeing the implementation of strategic changes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in operational strategy, supply chain management, or process optimization, and a proven ability to deliver results in a remote setting, contributing to the success of businesses throughout the UK .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostic projects, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized business processes, supply chain strategies, and organizational structures.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop robust performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting or a senior operational management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as process improvement, lean methodologies, supply chain optimization, or digital operations.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage complex projects successfully.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
