Senior Consultant - Organisational Change

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Organisational Change to join their advisory practice in Wolverhampton . This role focuses on guiding clients through significant transformations, managing the human and operational aspects of change to ensure successful adoption and minimize disruption. You will work with senior leadership to develop change strategies, communicate effectively, and build stakeholder buy-in. This hybrid position allows for a blend of remote work and on-site client engagement within the West Midlands region, contributing to the successful evolution of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify key influencers and potential resistance points.
• Develop and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees throughout the change process.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capacity for new ways of working.
• Assess the impact of change on organizational structures, roles, and culture.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams navigating periods of transformation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work remotely and travel to client sites in and around Wolverhampton .
