Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on operational performance improvement and process optimization.
• Conduct in-depth diagnostics of client operations to identify areas of inefficiency and underperformance.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Manage project teams and ensure the successful delivery of performance improvement initiatives.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on performance-related matters.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a focus on performance improvement or operational excellence.
• Proven expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process re-engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's preferred.
