Senior Contact Centre Lead (Housing)

Hyperion Partners are recruiting a Senior Contact Centre Officer to join their Property Services team in Southwest London. The role is hands-on and frontline, with responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Contact Centre and supervision of three Officers.

You will manage workloads, monitor KPIs and quality, handle complex enquiries, support residents, and drive service improvements while ensuring a high standard of customer care in a hybrid working pattern.
