Senior Contract Manager – Repairs & Voids (Social Housing)

Mears Group is seeking a Contract Manager (Repairs/Voids) in Evesham to lead operational delivery for responsive repairs and voids. You will manage budgets, drive KPI performance, and oversee a team of supervisors across South Worcestershire and surrounding areas.

This permanent, full-time role requires a strong background in social housing repairs, excellent stakeholder communication, and a valid driving licence. Car allowance is included in the package.
