Senior Contracts Manager: Social Housing Refurbishment Lead

United Infrastructure Group is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead large-scale refurbishment projects across our property services division. You will oversee multiple contracts, sites, and operational teams, delivering on time and to budget while maintaining high safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience with refurbishment main contractors, excellent client and stakeholder management, and strong commercial and data analysis skills.
