Fomac agency require a Senior Contracts Manager for a Client in Dublin. A fantastic long-term opportunity with career progression for an ambitious Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude.
The Senior Contracts Manager will oversee multiple high-value Residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a strategic role with clear progression opportunities into senior leadership, offering the chance to shape the company’s future growth.
-A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS are required.
-Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
-Excellent knowledge of contract law, procurement, and contract management.
-Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
