Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and program PLC/DCS systems for industrial applications.
- Create control narratives, logic diagrams, and HMI screens for process automation.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems in plant environments.
- Develop and implement advanced control strategies to optimize process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with process engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to define system requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on control system functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial control systems engineering.
- Proficiency with major PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson).
- Strong understanding of process automation principles, instrumentation, and communication protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote setting.
