Senior Controls Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Controls Engineer to join their fully remote, forward-thinking engineering team. You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated control systems for a range of cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex control systems , including PLC, SCADA, and DCS applications.
• Develop and implement advanced control algorithms and logic for industrial processes.
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components for automation solutions.
• Conduct performance testing and optimization of control systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to define system requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in controls engineering and automation.
• Expertise in programming multiple PLC platforms and HMI/SCADA software.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking, communication protocols, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams remotely, with excellent communication skills.
