Senior Conversation UX Designer — AI Shopping Experience

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Conversation Experience Designer in London to invent features for Amazon’s personalized AI assistant across surfaces and devices, including the Shopping app, website and Echo Show.

You will lead strategy, design conversational flows, train content with editorial and science teams, and present work to diverse stakeholders while collaborating with UX researchers, product management, and engineering to launch new features.
