Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, disposals, and fundraising.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and service level agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence investigations for corporate transactions.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the legal team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven experience in handling significant corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of UK company law and commercial practices.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
