Senior Corporate Lawyer

About the Role

Our client in Belfast is actively seeking a highly accomplished Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their esteemed legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and other corporate instruments.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions.
• Advise the board of directors and senior management on corporate legal matters.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor/Barrister with a minimum of 6 years' experience in corporate law.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
