About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team. You will be instrumental in providing expert legal counsel to businesses across various sectors, advising on company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions , joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, such as share purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts .
• Provide expert guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters to ensure adherence to relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation for clients.
• Manage client relationships effectively, acting as a trusted legal advisor and building long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister with significant post-qualification experience (minimum 5-7 years) in corporate law .
• Proven track record in handling complex M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
• Excellent understanding of UK company law and regulatory frameworks .
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting .
