Senior Corporate Tax Advisory – Restructuring

The UK Financial Advisory Restructuring Tax team, part of a global CEO advisory firm, is seeking an Associate Director to lead tax advisory work on restructuring transactions. This role combines deep tax technical work with some compliance duties and offers exposure to high-profile, cross-border matters.

You will work with lenders, borrowers and legal advisers to design tax-efficient solutions, review reporting packages, and advise on the tax consequences of restructuring actions.
