Senior Costs Lawyer – Personal Injury (Hybrid, Cardiff)

Redkite Solicitors in Cardiff is seeking an ambitious Costs Lawyer to join the Personal Injury team on a permanent full-time basis. The role offers autonomy to manage a diverse costs caseload, draft Bills of Costs and Budgets, and support costs strategy across the firm.

You will advise fee earners, negotiate with opponents, and contribute to the development of the costs function while working in a friendly, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.
