Senior Counsel – Energy: Corporate & Project Finance

Simmons & Hanbury seeks a seasoned Corporate/Finance/Project Finance lawyer (6–12 PQE) to join its London team. The role involves handling energy sector projects Africa-focused, cross-border financings, and complex M&A.

The candidate will work with external counsel and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in major international firms, in-house exposure in Oil & Gas or Renewables a plus, and relocation/visa sponsorship as needed.
