Senior Counsel, International Trusts & Private Clients

AP Executive is assisting a leading offshore law firm that seeks a senior Counsel for their Guernsey office. The role focuses on private client and international trust matters for HNW families and family offices.

You will advise on offshore asset holding structures, coordinate with global colleagues in dispute resolution on trust issues, and collaborate with corporate teams on funds and structures. STEP qualification and a minimum of eight PQE in an offshore/private client setting are preferred.
