Senior Court of Protection Solicitor & Team Lead (Hybrid)

Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Court of Protection solicitor for a senior role in Reading, offering hybrid and flexible working. You will manage a substantial CoP caseload, influence the direction of a growing team, and serve as deputy/trustee and as a director of the firm’s trust corporation.

You’ll mentor junior lawyers, develop client relationships with referrers, and contribute to business development, process improvements and cross‑practice work with the Clinical Negligence team.
