Senior Credit Risk Manager - Specialist Lending

OSB Group in Wolverhampton is seeking a Credit Risk Manager - Specialist Lending to shape how we oversee specialist lending portfolios. You will influence risk appetite, lending criteria and committee-level decisions while collaborating across Risk, Underwriting, Product, Finance and Strategy.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, governance forums and a base salary 60k–70k with a competitive benefits package. Hybrid-working is available, with occasional travel to London and the South.
