Senior CRM Lead – DTC Growth & Retention (London, Hybrid)

Harmonic Group Ltd is seeking a Senior CRM Manager in London to lead CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle, focusing on engagement, repeat purchases, and subscription growth. You will own and optimise the CRM roadmap, working with Ecommerce, Performance and Brand while guiding a junior team member.

You will develop segmentation and personalisation strategies using behavioural data, manage campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels, and drive improvements in LTV and churn.
