Senior CRM Lifecycle Lead – Remote & High-Impact Growth

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to design and scale lifecycle marketing across 4 African markets. You’ll own automated journeys, run experiments, and collaborate with Product, Commercial and Ops to drive retention, LTV, and upsell. This is a fully remote role with flexible working and strong development opportunities.

You'll build CRM infrastructure from scratch, using Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage and more, to convert first-time customers into long-term value.
