Senior CS Leader - Scale & Revenue Impact (£4-5M ARR)

ABR Talent is recruiting for a senior Customer Success leader in Wakefield to take the helm of a scaled CS function. You will lead two Customer Success Managers, drive adoption and strategic conversations, and influence commercial outcomes across a £4-5M ARR portfolio of almost 1,000 customers.

You will be the senior Customer Success voice, partnering with cross-functional teams to protect and grow revenue, manage risk, and elevate the customer journey through data-driven insights.
