About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of online course curricula, from conceptualization to final delivery.

• Develop and maintain high-quality multimedia resources, including interactive exercises, videos, and readings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with a strong focus on online or e-learning environments.
• Proven experience in designing engaging and pedagogically sound learning experiences for adult learners.
• Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote team.
