Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an online learning environment.
• Proficiency with various LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective digital learning content.
