Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine comprehensive curricula and instructional materials for online delivery, focusing on pedagogical soundness and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, assessments, and facilitator guides.
- Conduct needs analyses and research emerging trends in education and technology to inform curriculum development strategies.
- Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior curriculum developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development , instructional design, or a similar role within the education sector.
- Proven expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and various e-learning development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, work effectively in a remote team environment , and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital assessment strategies is essential.
