Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum design and development, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
• Proven ability to use learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and assessment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in managing curriculum projects from conception to completion.
