Senior Customer Service Advisor

I am looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to take inbound calls working for a great company based in Bromborough, Wirral.

The role is starting asap for a 4 month period.

Full paid training will be given and you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour, paid weekly.

The Senior Response Centre Advisor supports excellent customer service by handling complex enquiries, resolving issues and guiding Advisors through escalations. The role also involves coaching and supporting new starters, sharing best practice, providing supervisory support, and stepping up to oversee shifts and team performance when required.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week on average, working a 3-week rotating shift pattern, which includes evening and weekend working.

Flexibility is required to support operational requirements, and candidates must be able to work shifts finishing at midnight.

• 07:00 15:30
• 07:00 16:00
• 15:30 00:00
• 16:00 00:00

Please note that the rota includes a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts, so applicants must be able to accommodate the full rotating shift pattern.
