Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and support trends to identify areas for service improvement and product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for both internal and external use.
- Train and mentor new and existing customer support representatives, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to report bugs, suggest feature improvements, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across various software and hardware platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Experience with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices or similar service management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
