Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support or helpdesk role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively.
