Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support or helpdesk role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with product troubleshooting and issue resolution.
