Senior CX Strategy & Transformation Consultant

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior CX Consultant to join our Customer Experience team in London. You will lead CX transformation projects, collaborate with UX/UI leads, and drive experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.

You'll facilitate workshops, develop CX propositions, and help shape go-to-market strategies while engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable growth for brands and retailers.
