Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage advanced security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.

• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to enhance the overall security posture.
• Lead incident response efforts, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to ensure security is integrated into all systems and processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities, proactively updating security measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in cyber security engineering or a related role.
• Strong expertise in network security, application security, and cloud security principles.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies and tools, including SIEM platforms and EDR solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of security tasks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
