You Will Work With
- Designing, building and optimising Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Turning complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Writing advanced SQL queries and working with large‑scale data platforms.
- Managing analytics projects from requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data‑driven solutions.
- Mentoring and supporting junior analysts within the team.
- Driving best practices across reporting, visualisation and analytics delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to expand analytics capabilities and deliver additional value to the business.

Key Experience
- 5+ years' experience within Data Analytics, BI or Analytics Consulting.
- Strong Tableau experience, including dashboard development and visual analytics best practice.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Python experience.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake and Azure.
- Strong leadership, mentoring or people development experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to add value through data and analytics.
- Previous consulting, financial services or data‑intensive industry experience would be highly beneficial.
