Our client is seeking an insightful Senior Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable business insights. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a keen eye for detail, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Interpret data findings and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Develop and implement data models and statistical analyses to answer critical business questions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data governance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
