Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate product changes and marketing initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data analysis best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio of analytical projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and experimental design.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
