About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems and pipelines.
- Develop and implement ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Optimize data warehouse and data lake performance for efficient querying and analysis.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor data systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Scala for data manipulation and pipeline development.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
