About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Develop and manage data warehousing solutions, optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all data sources and platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Monitor data infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python .
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL development, and data pipeline orchestration tools.
