Job Purpose
This is a hands-on role focused on dashboard development, data analysis, and problem solving. The candidate will develop Tableau dashboards and help maintain and troubleshoot existing reporting solutions. A strong focus on user experience and stakeholder engagement is essential to ensure delivered solutions are intuitive, valuable, and widely adopted.
We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data. The successful candidate will have proven Tableau and SQL capabilities, a strong focus on end users, and the ability to independently drive work from requirements through delivery. Most importantly, they should be curious, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that users trust and value. The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with a client-centric mindset, is well organized, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities. They should be comfortable working with version-controlled development processes, collaborating with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the end-to-end development lifecycle of Tableau solutions:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
- Analyze existing tools (including EUDA-based solutions)
- Define functional and data requirements
- Design and build user-friendly Tableau dashboards
Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated experience developing Tableau dashboards, with examples of previous work that can be discussed during the interview process.
- Strong SQL skills with practical experience writing and troubleshooting queries.
- Client-focused approach and ability to understand and respond to user needs.
- Understanding of version control concepts and development lifecycle practices.
- Strong self-organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with incomplete requirements and proactively seek clarification when needed.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in financial services, risk, treasury, or operational reporting is advantageous but not required
