Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in AI and Machine Learning to join their innovative analytics division in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated AI/ML models to address key business challenges.
• Analyze large and complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data science projects.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting best practices in data science and ML.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python or R, and proficiency with ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
• Experience with big data technologies and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
