Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with a focus on genomics.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in analyzing genomic data using programming languages such as Python or R.
• Expertise in statistical genetics, population genetics, and machine learning techniques applied to biological data.
• Strong understanding of various NGS technologies and data formats.
• Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
