Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic datasets (e.g., WGS, WES, RNA-Seq) to identify patterns and insights.

• Design and implement data analysis pipelines for reproducible research.
• Collaborate with domain experts, including geneticists and biologists, to define research questions and interpret findings.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and reports.
• Contribute to the development of novel analytical methodologies and stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and genomics.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a significant focus on genomics data analysis .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies is advantageous.
