Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated machine learning models for predictive analytics, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights and inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and marketing teams to apply data-driven solutions.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical leadership.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist , with a strong focus on the insurance or financial services industry.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
