Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to address business challenges, including predictive modeling, classification, and clustering.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on large, multi-dimensional datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems and ensure their scalability and reliability.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, recommending new techniques and tools.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining techniques, and algorithm development.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
