Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Process, clean, and transform large, diverse datasets to prepare them for model training.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems and workflows.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science research.
• Communicate insights and model results clearly and concisely to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong emphasis on machine learning .
• Expertise in Python or R, including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and MLOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience working effectively in a remote setting.
