About the Role
Our client, a leading analytics firm in Reading , is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a specialization in Machine Learning . You will play a crucial role in developing and deploying advanced predictive models and algorithms that drive business insights and product innovation. This position involves working with large datasets, designing experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement sophisticated machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and regression tasks.

Requirements
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Experience with big data technologies and SQL databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
